These are some common colors that can be found in every other saree. The changing trend has forced artisans to come up with something new in wedding sarees as well. Patterns and motifs keep on changing with the trend. Regional variations in wedding sarees have huge imapact of colors. The bandhej work is done on georgette fabric with sequins and resham work. The wedding saree is decorated with heavy jaal pattern throughout its body. Some of the main types of sarees that are worn in wedding include Banarasi sarees, Paithani silks, Baluchari sarees, Kanjeeveram silks, etc.
